Because our cookies are freshly baked, handmade food, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges — but your happiness matters to us, and we stand behind every box.

If something's wrong — if your order arrives damaged or isn't right, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery at pedro@goldencactus.store, and we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

We can't be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, or for orders sent to an incorrect address, but if anything comes up, reach out — we're a small family business and we genuinely want you to love your cookies.

Where we ship

We currently ship within California only. As a California Cottage Food Operation, we're not able to ship across state lines — but we're proud to bring the Coachella Valley's cookies to homes all across our home state.

When your order ships

Everything is baked fresh in small batches, so we bake and ship on a set schedule. Orders ship within 3–5 days of ordering, typically arriving 1–3 days after they leave our kitchen. You'll get tracking as soon as your box is on its way.

Local delivery

For larger orders of 24 cookies or more, we offer free local delivery within 20 miles of La Quinta. Select local delivery at checkout if you're in the area — we'll reach out to coordinate a day and time.

Freshness

Our cookies are baked fresh to order and are best enjoyed within a few days of arrival. A quick 10–12 seconds in the microwave brings them right back to just-baked warmth (see storage tips in our FAQ page).
